CNET Has New Video Channel for Business People
CNET recently launched BNET, an informational portal for managers and small business owners. There’s content from the staff and external sources including Harvard Online.
A big part of BNET is its video offering. CNET is creating video in-house and working with various partners and is committing considerable resources to video content, I am told.
Here is Rafat Ali’s interview with CNET CEO Neil Ashe. Neil is enthusiastic about the new business channel. He was a panelist at the paidContent conference earlier this week in Manhattan.
At the conference, I met Greg Mason, who heads business media at CNET and is responsible for BNET. He shared the premise of BNET and plans to incorporate a great deal of video.
